Warping
Warping arranges the warp threads into long parallel lengths prior to the weaving process. Threads are drawn from a creel and assembled on a large drum before transfer to a weaver's beam.
Slasher Dyeing & Sizing
Using slasher machine to apply size to the warp ends, while transferring the warp yarns from section beams to the loom beam. And dyeing is a process used to apply color to a yarn or fabric.
Further, applying sizing compounds to warp yarn to bind the fiber together and to stiffen the yarn to provide better abrasion resistance.
Weaving (Picanol Rapier Weaving Machines)
Weaving involves the interlacing of the warp and weft threads to produce a piece of fabric using a loom. The weft thread is carried along the width of the machine by a shuttle as the warp threads are lifted in an alternate fashion producing the weave effect.
Initial Inspection
Yarn fabric is passed over a large drawing board, manually checked for any defects, and then automatically rolled back onto the roll.
If any defects are spotted, the fabric is sent to theburling department for correction.
Finishing & Desizing
A collection of processes taking place after weaving and initial inspection which fabrics undergo before they are ready for dispatch, and water extraction, drying, pulling to width and heat-setting are included in this section.
Also, size added to the yarn prior to weaving must now be removed. This is achieved by either an enzyme treatment or by dilute acid and a simple washing off procedure.
Final Inspection, Quality Test & Control
The final inspection is to examine fabrics for defects after the process of finishing and desizing. It is important to keep monitoring the process in the production chain and to test samples periodically to ensure that they comply with any quality and international standards.
Finished Product
All the processes through which fabric is passed after inspections, quality test and control in preparation for the market, or wait for shipment.
